Sweet penthouse apartment. Looks like it could be straight off the Champs Élysées. I guess Jeeves was out having the BMW washed and waxed when the Google maps car drove by.

Hey the apartments in that last photo look like the ones I lived in while I was a student in Fayetteville. Must have been the same developers/builders? Everything is the same--the type of stairs, the railings, the windows, the siding, even the doors. They were pretty shitty, but it was only $425 for a two bedroom.

I stupidly have faith in people. Maybe you'll motivate him to act more ethically in his business dealings and set realistic expectations in his bids that he can easily finish on time and on budget.
As I recall a majority of his clientele is in the porn industry, so maybe his outlook is akin to robbing drug dealers. Scam some porn companies who make their money by exploiting people.
I dunno, just hope his being outed can be a learning experience for anyone who reads this thread.

Having faith in people is understandable, but it is hard for me to apply that towards a scammer. The problem is they have to be intelligent enough to come up with the scam, and then they have to work hard enough to execute the scam.
So in the end they have the tools to make a living, but use those tools to steal from people. In my book that makes them even more of a loser.
