We barely squeak by, lot's of problems with this team and coaching staff.

UTEPs RB was dominating TT until he was hurt. Would have been a m7ch different game. I'm not expecting you to know that or even try to research why that score happened, most people just scoreboard watch.
Same thing happened in our game. You see 12 points and immediately assume the offense was horrible. That wasn't the case at all

Our team lost the little bit of manhood they gained at the end of last season.
It's going to take much more than a win over Texas Tech to get any of it back.

when they load the box? sure, aka 3 yards and a cloud of dust offense. but why force the issue when they're giving you the pass? a good offensive coordinator takes what the defense gives him and plays to his strengths.
our run game is still trying to adjust to losing J Will and our QB + WR's are underrated

this is true. they erased most if not all of the good they did at the end of last season. time to earn it back now.

That's a shitty excuse. Toledo should have been running against us because we never blitzed them, only rushed 4 straight ahead.
Toledo ate up our back seven when we were playing some kind of soft prevent type Wily Robinson abomination.

True enough, but I don't put this loss on the defense.
They held a pretty decent team to 16 points.
That's low enough we should have won by a fairly comfortable margin.

our offense is still adjusting to the loss of J Will's skill set and leadership. our defense has had more time to adjust to their losses to the draft and graduation

At this point, this team and this state needs a win. This will help their confidence going to play a very good A and M team. I just want to see four quarters of solid football with men flying around. Saturday the team played like they were stuck in concrete.

I saw a bunch of stupid arse penalties and an o-line that couldn't push the cheerleaders around..
That's the reason for the 10, Toledo feeling sorry was the reason for the 2
