Ole Miss lost Laquan Treadwell, became a shadow of what they were, and lost to us 30-0. Of course that line of thought could be applied to one of our other injuries, not just J Will.

Might even make the comparison of LSU losing to Alabama, then coming out flat against us and losing 17-0.

It is hard to say, but we do seem to be missing his presence, both as a player and a leader, on the field this season. I'm not sure whether it is him being injured or our coaching staff doing a poor job of having the team ready to play and making the right calls.

I honestly don't think it's any 1 thing. I think it's a whole lotta things that just compound the problems. I also think it gets worse before it gets better

I also think that will make a lot of fans happy

I don't think it's his "skill" that we're missing so much (although it's definitely missed) as much as his leadership on and off the field. His and all the other injuries seems to have gotten to our team's head, which if you've ever been on a team that's suffered from them like this one has, is understandable. When you lose one of your best players and leaders, and that's compounded by losing another leader a little later, the whole team starts losing confidence in their ability to win games and perform at the level they're used to. It's truly a toxic mindset and it's definitely been seen before (like your OM example).

this is probably true

just crazy how much impact losing one player had on Ole Miss last year.

OK. You've had time to melt about some of our fans not seeing things like you do. You are a big boy and its time to stop pouting. Nobody that is an Arkansas fan is happy to see what we are going through.

Lumping all the Arkansas fans that disagree with you about the direction of the program into "actively against Arkansas" is foolish. You are not the Pope. You are not infallible. They may be right and you may be wrong. Or it might be vice versa.

Right now you sound like one of the lower LSU fans. The ones that do nothing but snipe at each other on their team board about whether they are the "One True Believer" or not.

We aren't the largest state or fan base around. If we don't hang together we will most certainly hang separately. Next time you start asking to be drafted by another team in the SEC you might do well to remember that.

Why are you attacking me? I've seen enough fire Bert threads to make that assumption. I didn't say suli would be happy. I don't think I am the one that should calm down

I agree. Williams was a vital player to our team physically and emotionally.

not really. They still had a decent season.

We won't win a SEC game.

wat

Ole Miss lost Treadwell at the end of the season vs Auburn. After they lost him, they were blown out by us, they won their super bowl vs misstake, and lost to TCU in a blow out

eta Ole Miss 2014 schedule
