I'd take Todd Day, Corliss or Marcus Monk on the staff in a second too.

And honestly, the dude has a MBA, played dual sports at a D1 level and can probably recruit his arse off.

Crazier and less qualified people have been hired.

I do not know if Todd has his degree.

Corliss would have to take a paycut to come back to college, but he or Mayberry would be my first choice to replace TJ or Zimmerman.
