Does anyone think there was indisputable evidence that wasn't a catch? I didn't see it, but I want to make sure I'm not just being a homer.

I swear it seems like those reviews hardly ever, if at all, go our way. Auburn 2010, Mizzou 2014 come to mind as big plays that should have or shouldn't have been overturned but were to our detriment.

As soon as I knew it was being reviewed and saw the replay, I felt like they were going to overturn because that's just the shite we have to deal with.

edit: The Review

It clearly hit the ground.

Now what I didn't like was that they reviewed it after we had already run another play. That is something I've never seen before.

I was confused by that as well I thought you couldn't review after the ball was snapped for another play.

Supposedly the review request came in just before the ball was snapped. The play didn't count. If we would have won the challenge it would have been first down again.

The ball can hit the ground by rule, but it's so inexcusable that refs don't know the rules by heart.

I saw it live and was shocked that they didn't review it sooner. It was a good call by the replay official. We have been fricked time and again but not in this case.

If the refs want to stop it then the refs are going to stop it. Seems to happen a lot.

The ball can hit the ground if it is controlled. That call 100% should have stood.

It hit the ground loosely? Drew clearly didn't have control of it. Like Bill said, we've been fricked multiple times but this wasn't one of them.

I could have sworn his right hand was under the ball

It bounced around loosely from the angles I saw. It was close though and he only lost control for a second.

Am I crazy for thinking that the ball was clearly under his control as he hit the ground? It came loose later, but shouldn't he have been down? Anyone got a link to a replay?

You have to maintain control all the way through doesn't matter the exact moment where you're down and have control.

I actually thought the defender ripped Morgan's arm from control of the ball live and was surprised it was ruled complete to begin with.

Told my buddy I think we got away with one there, then the review came in late. Defender made a great play.

Fortunate call of the game was Ledbetter's face mask on the fumble.

Curl's crew ineptitude went our way on that one big time.

On the flip side, they got away with smashing Allen in the face on their sack.

Oh, there were several calls that went against us. I saw 2-3 obvious holds that weren't called.

You're going to have 10-15 bad calls and no calls a game with Curls, that's a given.

You just hope they even out.

Then Allen lit a fire under our Olines arse. Was a high point to me.

They were holding Wise all day. They had a big pass play where one of the OL literally tackled Wise. It was complete bullshite.

This. To overturn it, there must be conclusive evidence to do it.
