That was my outlook before the series started but it hurts a little more considering they didn't have Mize. That being said, we we take care of business at home this weekend, everything will be good.

21-4 in non conference play.
Only midweek loss was at La Tech 4-3 back in late February.

We still have some work to do in league play...but that is what it takes throughout the season to put yourself in a position to grab a top 8 national seed.
We really need to win 2/3 from here on out and get a sweep at Tennessee some how. I still don't like our bullpen too much but Im really hoping DVH gives Murphy a shot this Sunday and we use Alberius out of the pen on two occasions this weekend.

Yea, I would lean to that as well.
Need to be able to use Alberius, Chadwick, Reindl, Rogers, Loseke, Kopps, Lee, and Taco Friday & Saturday. Just adding Alberius to that list makes me more comfortable.

I'm hoping DVH sees it that way as well. It just seems like the best usage of our talent going forward.
ETA: Are either of our injured big arms coming back this season or are they both out for the year?

Going to be hard to get all 3 games in this weekend. Wouldn't be surprised if game time is moved up Friday and then Saturdays game is played Sunday.

If they can move one game to Sunday, there is a chance to get all 3 games in. Today and tomorrow should be played I think. Tomorrow may need to have the time moved up, but could get played. Saturday is going to be a wash out. 100% chance of rain. Im just not sure what the rules are on a series that starts on a Thursday, if the last game can be moved to Sunday. I would think so, but you never know.

Can't move it to Sunday. Series must be played in three day window.
TV is going to screw it up. Thursday (today) we should have double header but won't because 6 pm TV game.
If doubleheader on final day the rule is two seven inning games (Saturday) but no games will be played this Saturday because weather.

Should be able to. Storms won't start to develop out west until Sundown most likely.

What are we looking at with this system? Is it going to be tornadic or more of just heavy rains with wind and lightening?
