1,215 ish picks. He should be picked early day three. Rounds 11-40. It's his last leverage year as a RJr.

Y'all are probably right but Tyler Spoon was drafted in the 35th round and I thought he was a much better player. I guess we'll see.

I like Shaddy and think he's a decent/good college player but all of his tools are average IMO.

Was only a matter of time. Young energetic HC hires are the new thing.

Honestly I thought he was gone after last season. Someone was bound to give him a try.

Mizzou didn't even offer him. That was crazy.

They thought long and hard about it. The current guy they hired started off great but really fizzled down the stretch.

Still, who can blame the guy for leaving now? He is a proven recruiter and DVH isn't going to retire next year or anything.

Hopefully the next guy tells the hitters not to let juicy, first pitch fastballs go.

Big loss from recruiting and hitting standpoint. It was only a few years ago we led the NCAA in era, didn't host and got bounced in the first round.

Given the talent we had this year I was really blown away by our offense and power numbers. We've had far more talent do far less in years past, imo.

Agreed that the hitting was light years better than the recent p6, but that doesn't mean that they can't improve even more.

DVH said today there's a chance Blaine Knight comes back next year. Said if he adds 15-20 lbs he could be a first round pick

Stephan goes 92nd overall, 3rd rd to the Yankees.

A few picks into the 6th round so far and still no Blaine Knight, I think DVH can get him to stay. Teams are staying away due to signability after saying he may return to Ark.

Pretty safe to assume he'll be back.

Mammoth HR shot potential if he can make it and doesn't get traded.

Well through 15 rounds and to only lose Tilo, Smith, and Bennett, it looks like we're still sitting pretty overall with not losing Knight, Turney, Bonnin, Rutledge, Opitz, or Milligan. Surprisingly, Bonfield and Shaddy haven't been drafted yet either. I wonder if this will help in our efforts of keeping them.
