KaVontae Turpin scares the shite outta me. Small fast slot receiver and great special teams player. Henre' Toliver will have his hands full defending this kid as well as our special team players, dude is fast and shifty.

Kenny Hill isn't the same Kenny "the Trill" Hill that he was against USCe. If we can get Ramsey or Wise to sack his arse, he'll melt. He floats too many balls and is very inaccurate downfield.

Misdirection plays from the RB's and jet sweeps will work against TCU. It did for the most part from a FCS team SDST.

Get Sprinkle lined up at WR like we did with HH and put him up against #11 Texada, dude will eat.

Keon will eat against #12 Gladny.

After watching the TCU vs SDST game make Hill struggle and Coach Patterson will shut down the "tempo game" that we struggle against. He doesn't have much faith in Hill under stressful situations, at least against SDST.

This game is winnable in Ft. Worth.

Go Hogs and Gig Frogs!

Part of me feels like Ramsey will see a lot of time this week to keep outside contain if Hill starts trying to run. Still playing the end position, but possibly not with his hand in the dirt every play.

Just a football thought.

TCU built a statue for Patterson.

A statue.

For Patterson.

And their fans still use their SWC hand sign, in 2016.

I concur, TCU's DL can be had. If we can run the football their 3 safety's will bite on the play action, and bite hard.

As long as we establish a successful run game the rest will work itself out. I think our defense can make 2 or 3 stops.

I think we win. Feels weird being one of the more positive posters right now.

We need to see a whole lot more of that pass rush from our D-line. That last play where we decapitated Tech's QB was missing for most of the game. I really hope we were just running a "vanilla" defense.

I also think we need to pound them with the run and open up playaction and those screen passed early. Create mismatches with out TEs.

I have been telling my friends all week I think we win. We seem to play better on the road. Turpin does scare me. If we can control the clock, we win.

We were not. We have a newbies on the DL, and injured secondary and some freshman.

One step drops will do that to you. We got pressure on the qb anytime they took longer. Plus it does us no good to open ourselves wide open to big plays. That's exactly what spread tempo offelse's rely on.

Killer Frogs is ripe for trolling. They're sensitive as shite and are more confident than a two-legged man in a one-legged race. LINK

And they're still melting over last year's playoff committee LINK

Of course we were vanilla. Whether it made a huge difference will be seen Saturday. I have never feared TCU and I'm not starting now
