If our lines play well everything else will fall Into place imo. Football is won in the trenches 9x out of 10

I do think this will be the case long term.

Austin was hurt the 2nd half. If you don't remember the 2015 wr Corp lost guys to injury early and had to use unknown guys.

That team also lost its starting rb. Lots of parallels.

If you can't see that last year's team had nothing but newbies except the wr core, and how this one has way more experience across the board I can't help you.

I'm referring to your comment, which I quoted, about how this will be one of the best offenses in the country despite losing our starting tailback and nearly all of our receiving corps including our starting TE. At this point, that assertion is nothing but unbridled preseason homer optimism.

It is an optimistic outlook, but we return a NFL qb, 4 of the offensive line. We have the best juco wr (which btw I looked at the last 5 #1 juco ers. All but one who went to USC was the leading receiver on their team. So my guess is he is gonna be the real deal and fill a hole left in that wr corps you are so down on.)

Look I was down on this team too. I'm not a homer. Maybe exaggerated with one of the best, but by God we will be one of the best in the sec and if you can't see that you are just a pessimistic bitch.

The closer we get to the season. The more i see an offense that just has to find people to throw to. It has an NFL thrower, and an unproven, but far more athletic wr corp.
