I wasn't able to watch the game tonight but was this discussed at all?

@RazorbackMBB: BIG thank you to the great @ScottiePippen for the Air Pippen 6s for the SEC Tournament! #ArkansasFamily @Nike LINK

Yes, they showed Pippen behind the bench and zoomed in on our shoes and talked about it during the game.

That is awesome. Gotta love that deep down he is a Hog at heart.

In his defense, I would imagine a big portion of our fan base would fall in the sidewalk category.

I had the first pair of Air Pippens (I think they were Gen 1) in high school, they were like a gray suade feeling shoe. Very light. Loved em, they were my practice shoes. Had to work a month and save up to buy them.

I said to the wife last night "I wonder if he's a Hog fan..." I had never thought of him connected to or mentioned with the U of A. Most people forget that he went to UCA even.

Yep. He grew up dreaming of playing for the Hogs. Unfortunately, he was a late, late bloomer. I think he was 6'1" when he graduated, but only like 5'7"-8" at the start of his senior year. His coach at Hamburg was friends with the head coach at UCA. Was just trying to get him in school. He was the water boy for the BB team. His high school coach told his buddy at UCA that all his brothers had really grown late in age. He was like 6'5" by the time he hit campus, but only like 150lbs.

Yep, late bloomer is right. Didn't he grow 6 inches in college?
