Shoulda taken the damn Yale scholarship, Rafe.

Good luck to him though, smart and great kid, SMU is a good school (Schulte where you at?) for him.

I've had a memory of him holding steady with his commitment when the wheels were flying off under Johnell.

With his athleticism I was wondering if he could switch positions, but he'll be a better fit at SMU and should get a solid education as well.

I knew he would never take a snap here at arkansas as a starter.

I watched his film and this is what I saw. a guy with a ton of athleticism. didn't have the size to use it at this level reliably. he was slow through progressions and used his athleticism to bail himself out of those situations. it was never going to work here. my brother texted me today telling me I called it.

honestly I'm not happy about it because I wished he could have put it all together because it would have been tough to stop him. I just do not trust any QB who is a dual threat because of the paragraph above. it doesn't fit in our system.

my Dad, God rest his soul, called it three years ago after driving up to Boliver to watch him play

I remember Dad shrugging his shoulders, saying he ain't that good.
