The renovated Pi Phi house is going to be pretty slick.

We anticipate that construction will begin in May 2015 and be completed by June 2016. We are currently working with university officials on alternative housing options for our members, as well as space for recruitment activities, during the year of construction."

Pi Phi will be grand. Chi O released some renderings of their expansion as well. Half of sorority row will be undergoing expansion or new construction over the next year.

Agreed, and my wife and I were talking about this last time we were in Fayetteville. I've always thought the Pi Phi house was far and away the ugliest on campus with the lone exception being the pre-renovation Pike house, and the new renderings really do look awesome.

Not that I know of. But that will be two large ones, plus the two brand new ones that are about to start construction, Phi Mu and Alpha Chi Omega.

Good to see the upgrades going on.
How 110 Stadium Drive is still standing with all the hell that's gone on there (me to blame as much as anyone)over the last ~60 years is amazing.

Yeah Bama's sorority houses are probably going to wind up being the only ones superior to the ones in Fayetteville overall.
