Who is this lady calling the game? And why does she have such a hard on for Penn? ? Man she is awful.

It's likely Pam Ward. She has an award named after her given to the worst sports announcer each year.

Whoever it is, I'm just thankful she's not calling an Arkansas game every time I hear her. I have to mute every game she calls I have to mute. Give me anyone else. Literally anyone. I would rather listen to the "and boom goes the dynamite" guy.

Mowins is god awful. I don't ever watch Big 10 games that aren't on ABC in primetime, mainly because it's junk football, but it's not a good viewer experience at all.
