He sucks. I can see why people were excited for a big season last year. There is seriously no reason to be excited about this team. Garbage.

Can't tell if AA is in his own head too much right now or the Oline is just serving him up on a silver platter, but good lord something needs to change ASAP.

He isn't afraid to stand in the pocket and take a hit after the pass, he took some big shots today.
He doesn't sail the ball to the stands at first sign of pressure.
He basically doesn't do all the things people bitched about his brother the most.
He does need experience and to go through the progression better.
At the same time the oline needs work to give him the time to do so.

Yep. I'm not really down on Austin. I think his poor plays were just a result of bad OL play. The throw on the TD to Cornelius was perfect and he took a huge shot.

Jesus. Are you serious? AA did just about everything right today for his first start. We put him in some awful situations. He made some bade decisions but what did you expect?

Worst performance I've ever witnessed on pass pro by a Razorback team.

He looks a lot better than Brandon Allen did during Bert's first season. AA's problem is staring down his receivers. Plus the Oline is doing him no favors.

I sincerely hope this is sarcasm.
I think everyone with reasonable football knowledge knew there would be some growing pains with AA....at least a few games for him to get up to true game speed.
Our problems aren't at QB, but OL and Secondary play/intermediate passing routes with the LBs. If you want to chicken little dance ill do that with you, but QB should be fine with a little time. As I see it, we have the same problems as we had last year, but our OL play took a huge drop off as well. The success of this season will depend on how they improve. I'm not ready to mail it in yet, just because we have improved in previous seasons, but I am very down on it as of now.

AA showed a strong accurate arm but with his o line taking turns playing Spanish matador, it eventually starts getting in your head.
The o line pass pro absolutely sucked.

I saw a talented young QB today. That oline was horrendous. I'm sure the kid got a little gun shy. He made some mistakes, but he also did something people continuously bitched about regarding his brother: He made a pass under pressure to win a game.
