ok, help.. How do you post a Gif or short video.

I have been looking for the help thread or board.
No luck.
I have a video I want to use. Are we allowed a gif for our Pic, or what are the rules...

Gif cant be in sig or avi.
Click img and copy past the image url in there then post it and it works.
[ img ] [ /img ] without the spaces. Has to be an image file type ie .gif or .jpg
