This is about the cops who pulled their guns out at billys bar and grill apparently he took a plea agreement so no jail time for holding people at gun point what a disgrace

FPD should have never let them go. Anybody else pulling that shite in a Fayetteville bar would have been dealt with severely.

The PD stated that he "recklessly waved it a patrons". The motherfricker wasn't waving it. He was pointing it at people.

The cop was terrified to go to jail. He isn't even getting a felony I'll be surprised if he isn't a cop again at some point.

So glad I decided not to go see all my friends down there that night. I remember distinctly thinking Nah nothing is going on down there tonight it'll be boring.

This is from the song "Bubba Shot the Jukebox" by Mark Chesnutt. There's a line in the song where he, being charged with reckless discharge of a gun says, "Reckless, helI, I hit right where I was aiming."

Here's a news report of the case. LINK

I wish you knew the entire story before you start making up shite and putting it on here. the man you are talking about is my girlfriends father, there are two sides to every story but if you were in an altercation with one of the worst biker gangs around and you had a gun in your defense you would have pulled it out to. if you say you wouldnt then youre full of shite

There's video. His life was not in danger. He could have easily just left.

Not judging anyone on the case--I've been on both sides of these types of cases and it's true that no one is going to know as much about a case as the parties and attorneys involved. The link was to a news report.

Obviously after the commencement of trial the parties reached an agreement and that happens sometimes which usually results in something neither party was totally satisfied with but was something that was acceptable to each side.

ETA~maybe he was responding to another post, idk.

If I the biker gang was that big and bad, I would imagine that bar would have been shot up....big bad biker gangs aren't going to let someone pull a gun on them....why? They're carrying themselves.

The name of that big bad gang is the Pole Cats

The cops left went to their car and came back in with the guns, watch the video.

I actually know everything about this case. And the pole aren't even a biker gang anymore. And they're also genuinely nice people. That's why your girlfriends dad is pushing a broom at Walmart instead of beating up old dudes who don't have ids
