Interesting that you would reference the richest county in the state in your insult

Agreed with most of that. All good options.

The coaches show most definitely should be somewhere on Dickson Street.

Catfish Hole isn't even on the radar of the average Fayetteville resident or college student.

Yeah this is kind of my thought. I know they have their regulars but I know I lived in Fayetteville/Farmington for 20 years and can probably count the amount of times I've been to Catfish Hole on one hand. It was nowhere near the top of our list of places to go. I personally just don't think it's that good and I fall on the side of the fence that we should take recruits elsewhere.

However, I just saw on Twitter last night that Briston Guidry said his favorite part of his OV was going to Catfish Hole. So it does resonate with some of these recruits.

By no metric is Saline County the richest county in Arkansas.

Well, there's this

LINK

Also, I'm not going to link them all but you can choose from household income, family income, home ownership rate, and more.

Y'all are talking down too hard on Catfish Hole. It's not the place I'd take a recruit, but you could do MUCH worse. If you're going to take a recruit to dinner somewhere, take them to Hugo's, Sassy's, Bordino's, Doe's, Herman's, Hammontree's, or Smitty's. Those places are unique and taste pretty damn awesome.

I thought I read where the recruits went to Doe's on Friday night for steaks.

Not like they only eat once lol

I think they take them to the new steak house in Legacy also. I have no problem with them using the Hole for big groups the place is set up for that.

Compromise. If they want to involve Catfish Hole so much, take them there for breakfast. I don't know if they SERVE breakfast, but it's not freakin' rocket science.

Fayetteville's topography and setting make it unique. You don't find a lot of cities deliberately built into the hills like this one is. There is plenty of flat land nearby, but the founders chose to set the city in the hills to take advantage of the views.

You are absolutely right, there aren't any other cities built with scenic views, built in the mountains, with some beer joints on a main street.

I guess what makes Fayettenam unique, is the lack of city infrastructure to meet the demands of all of the carpetbaggers that now call it home.

If I ever see one of those cities in the Hills, I will make sure to write a letter to the Mayor of said city a letter, letting them know that there is only one true city built into the hills, and that is Fayetteville.

The Hook in Jacksonville has awesome hush puppies. Maybe we should bring recruits there. Jville is ghetto looking. Maybe the recruits wouldn't feel uncomfortable there.

FWIW depending on the player hosts we do take recruits to Dickson. The weekend Devin White was here I saw him in Z bar with the rest of our recruits. That's where most coeds/ sorority types end their night usually

I didn't say there weren't any. I said there aren't a lot. And not a lot of college towns fit that description.

The majority of people in Fayetteville and NWA are originally from Arkansas. Most of the people I've met recently who are "carpetbagging" NWA and Fayetteville relocated from Little Rock and Conway. Aren't you the dipshit who bragged about selling your Fayetteville holdings a few years ago? You know, right before housing vacancies hit an all time low and home sale prices and rents hit all time highs? dumbass..

Yes he is. Apparently his understanding of the Fayetteville area isn't exactly right. Shocking
