Don't think I ever heard the guy mentioned once in regards to Arkansas basketball recruiting.

He's been playing quite a bit for Florida the last 5 games and putting up numbers.

Guess he went to JUCO in Illinois and was an AA and signed w/ Florida. He'd have been a much better addition to our team than this Doobie Jenkins kid who has only logged 7 minutes of playing time all year.

It makes the rebuild harder when you don't lock down in-state kids that can play and replace them with transfers that got cut from their former teams.

He was committed and signed with Michael White at La Tech. Got out of his release and followed White to UF. When he got out of his LOI last spring we showed interest but it wasn't reciprocated on his end.

Doobie is just a practice body.

Mike for some reason enjoys dead weight on his roster rather than getting quality. It takes more effort to get the quality.

Arkansas contacted his JUCO but he didn't talk to them.

Narrowed list to four but didn't take any officials. Just followed White to UF much in the same way Allen stuck with White at UF after the change.

Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you just can't land the in state kids for whatever reasons. It happens.
