Is this wrong? 1 game in LR next year and it's Alcorn State?

I'm assuming it's wrong and they just haven't chosen the SEC for LR yet right? I remember something like this in the past when LSU was still listed as LR then changed to Faytown later.

Surely Alcorn State isn't the only LR game.

How did I miss that? I still thought it was 2 and 1 guaranteed SEC game.

The south Arkansas clan understand this. To get competitive in the SEC, we can't keep giving up entire recruiting weekends just to play in a dump that takes two hours off our drive.

Plus, once you hit pavement, the drive is really not that bad.

Whoever scheduled Alcorn needs to be horse whipped.

Guess their thinking in putting it in LR is that they would be too embarrassed to see the droves that would stay away in Fayetteville.

Assholes.

I live in central Arkansas and can't wait to see the War Memorial contract run out, especially after our recent performance there. It's clear that CBB and the players just don't "feel it" when they play there, it definitely takes them out of some kind of groove they're in. I'm hoping we've learned our lesson and take the games there more seriously.

I want to move all games to Fayetteville too, but blaming those losses on the games being played in Little Rock is bullshite. We beat a really good LSU team there 5 years ago and almost always played well there until the last few years.

Worst case scenario, there'd be a minimum 5k more fans at the game in Fayetteville than if WMS was a hard sellout. It won't be.

Shame what has happened to LR. Needing to schedule a horrible FCS team to win. Glad to see Fayetteville get the games, but LR didn't need to go out the way it did.
