Is this Bielema's ceiling at Arkansas?

I honestly can't see us getting more than solid 8-9 win seasons out of Coach B. He's not a bad coach, but he's outclassed by 3 coach's in the division (probably 4 when LSU makes their hire) and he's about on par with the other 2. Combine that with our recruiting disadvantage and it's not a formula for success.
After tonight, I'm in favor of making a change. Sure, Bret would give us stability and consistent 6-9 win seasons, but what's the point in that?

If we improve this year I'd give him another year at least. As soon as he plateaus though I'm with yoy because I get that feel but he has improved every year so I'll give him his chance

I'll add that I think Bret seems like a great guy and his personality is a fit for Arkansas. So it's not anything personal. I just don't see him getting us over the hump.

I think Bret is the coach that can get us to Atlanta but we need some muscle on the field and he needs to find a way to do that.
