Can he handle the load?

TJ moving to a full time RB?

Would have been nice to have Damarea Crockett on campus.

Going to have to get contributions from the young guys. Maleek and Hayden have to step up now.

LR pavement can stop DMAC's chicken legs

LR pavement > SEC defenses

Just make sure Devwah doesn't play in flip-flops and we should be fine.

I figure they may make Hammonds the primary backup at the beginning of the season until they trust Maleek enough to run with it. Whaley will probably see the amount of carries that Alex Collins got in 2015.

It only ensures that both Maleek Williams and Chase Hayden will play.

I never doubted they would because you don't RS RB's with talent if they can play at this level.

TJ will still likely cross train at WR along with RB because the weight he's lost plus the versatility they want. Got to catch the ball.

Whaley, TJ, Maleek, Hayden, Day now make up the RB group.

Agreed and I expect at least one to, we have had some solid freshman rb performances under Bert.

He was physically ready to be an every down back last season, he just wasn't great at with his protections. You could tell he was thinking a bit too much last year, but credit to him, he flashed a lot on film.

Why didn't you just make a topic with this as the title? That's the whole point of this post, after all.

I'm not triggered - I agree with you. Still, a spade is a spade.
