My best guess at translation:
Going to JUCO in Dallas made me realize how good a chance I had at Arkansas and I'm gonna work hard and make the most of it this time.

Was watching Harlem Shakes videos and this was on the sidebar. It makes me uncomfortable but it seems appropriate for this thread. You might not want to watch at work either.
