well we didn't give it away and since that's been a pretty regular thing lately, it was quite an accomplishment.

So we didn't play our best game and still won a game we weren't suppose to win?
Seems like improvement to me. I think the D played a lot better in the 2nd half by setting the edge better.

Our defense didn't look good on UT's opening drive but after that they looked good to me.
Offense had 2 100yard rushers on the road in the SEC. Things are looking up.
Try to enjoy it.

We actually pretty much dominated from the 1st quarter on. Other than special teams and red zone issues, we played pretty damn well.

I'm curious if rory seagrest gets a raise or not in the offseason. our special teams are pretty bad in some areas and we don't have much pass rush. he does a pretty good job in recruiting though. it's just that our special teams can't get us 3 points to seal the game off at the end when we stall out in the redzone.

Still the same bizarre play calling on offense and poor special teams play late that had Bert at 0-9 in close games, but the defense bailed us out along with a poor game plan by Tenner's offense.
Still not sure if our conservative play calling late in games is due to a lack of confidence in BA or it's just Bert's nature.
Lot's of bright spots, hope the win helps our confidence and we start playing better earlier this year than last.
More injuries this year though, which is a valid excuse that we might not see the success this year that we otherwise would have enjoyed.

Just glad we won a damn SEC game and on the road. I was screaming at the TV with the terrible clock management before the half.

I recall our special teams being good so far this season, minus the Tennessee game where the weather was an issue. our pass rush has been hit and miss, some of the blame lies with the personnel and coaching, the rest of the blame lies with our linebacker depth giving up quick over the middle passes.

I'm happy we won too but now I just worry about Dwayne Eugene starting at LB this week
