In my opinion, the white neck is actually funnier, but the image looks more polished with a darker neck.

Thank you! All I have to work with is MSPaint, so I have to match colors and literally paint the edges to make it look halfway decent. I use the "pencil" option because if used right, it shades with soft edges rather than hard. That's my blending tool. 
I think I've become an MSPaint Master.

Damn!!! I can't believe you didn't use photoshop?!?!! That's incredible & even more impressive. You definitely are the Paint master.
Have you ever used photoshop at all? You definitely should try it, if you haven't.
I used to draw & paint a lot in high school & college, but, honestly, my attempts at Paint look like a toddler's drawings, & that's probably an insult to most toddlers.

You execute it very well & whatever works for you!
A few months ago, I got the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 "phone" mainly so I could play around with graphics on it. It's similar to MSPaint in some ways, and hopefully, it'll be a lot of fun once I learn more about it & get used to it. I suck right now.
