Allen may fall into his lap.
All the rule changes for this upcoming season were approved this morning and no other style of play will benefit more than his.

I have zero expectations for landing him. Kinda surprising how much we seem to be scrambling with Qualls and Portis going but it happens I guess.

I have fallen into the hype train, blame the 247 crystal ball. 
I think the biggest rule change for us is the timeout in backcourt not granting another 10 seconds. Huge.

Mike had a choice between Whitt and Allen, he wisely chose Whitt.
Allen will fit in to the late scramble recruit category according to others if Mike changes his mind.
Mike is will have to make the decision if Allen is more valuable than the scholly for next year's class.
