How does a win @Florida impact our seeding? Possible top 25?

Obviously this is playing with house money, but if we go to Gainesville and win, where do we start looking in terms of seeding? Our resume gets really juicy with a road win at Florida and a deep conference tourney run. Could possibly have a shot at a 5 seed.

We won't beat Florida.

The highest I see us getting is a 7 seed. I still think that is realistic if we finish 1-1 and can some how make the finals of the SECt. Really depends on our draw in the tourney in Nashville.

1-1 and 2-1 in tourney puts us at 25-9 on the season. Depending on who we beat in the SECt will determine how our RPI moves. Losing to Florida will actually move our RPI up a spot or two. Finish with a win over Georgia and that should move the needle a spot as well. So, we will see.

Win against Florida and UGA then go 2-1 in the SECT. that puts us at 26-8 with a top 10 RPI road win and probably 2 more top 50 RPI wins to make us one of the hottest teams in the country coming in the NCAAT. I think that locks us in for a 6 or 7 seed, 5 or 6 if we win the SECT.

I don't think that will happen but lets not act like we wont move up considerably if we do this.

I think we need a 6 seed to have a legit shot at a sweet sixteen. Need to either beat Florida (either regular season or SECt) or beat Kentucky in the SECt.
