I'm somewhere between 6 to 10 wins for this team. We need to rebuild an offense and while the pieces are there we will probably start slow. Our defense looks better but I don't know how much better. Plus we're due someone important breaking another foot any day now.

And replace him with a QB that beat us last year

ehhh we might not have the firepower to blow out spreads.
Vegas hasn't had a good handle on the Hogs in 2-3 seasons. Going against the grain has been solid for me.
This coming fall might be neurotic for betting on Hog games.

I like what we bring back on defense in terms of experience, but our offense and kicking game scare me way too much to predict anything better than 8 wins.
I'm probably going to end up regretting this, but I'm not that worried about Austin Allen. He has a ton of experience in our system, he has valuable game experience, and Enos has proven himself to be a fantastic playcaller and capable QB developer. We should be stacked at receiver, but our TEs outside of Sprinkle are unknowns, and the offensive line is going to be a patchwork job. I'd put backfield as our biggest question mark -- can Walker stay healthy, what's Rawleigh's mental state, are the newcomers ready -- and we'll be breaking in a new fullback again if Kendrick sticks at LB.
We had arguably the worst special teams in the SEC last year and our kicking game looks to still be a mess if the Spring Game is any indication, so I fully expect us to lose at least one game because of it, as has been our M.O. the last few years.

Unfortunately this is the most predictable thing about our team. Sometimes I hate being right but it's the burden I have to bare.

TCU will be good. They have athletes and their defense will be gooood. Kenny Hill may be good, but he's not the reason AM beat us 2 years ago. He had a very pedestrian day before the two long TD passes that were a result of a corner falling and a FS taking a terrible angle(Both plays had receivers getting behind our safeties in the 4th quarter, for some reason).

From all that I've seen he's not
However TCU's offensive coaches are 10 times the coaches their counterparts at A&M are. It could be a 2015 BA type situation.
