Go watch his sr hudl. He is a 6'3 200lb guy who has the wiggle to get through an entire defense for TDs.

He's more like 6'1".

Well I've never seen him in person and his recruiting info says like 6'3 207.

I see him everyday and there's no way in hell hes 6'3. Not knocking the kid or anything but his listed height is not true.

I've always operated by the belief that you have to take 1-2 inches off of every players listed height. Going back to my high school days, I've come to the conclusion that all these coaches lie.

And add .1-.2 to every 40 time

Well he is still a big kid and a hell of a player.

True story there. The 40 times that used to be put out under Petrino were just absurd.

And was still very fast which goes to show what an actual 4.3 guy is like

Which Davis was. I believe a 4.37. Also did the most bench reps.

Joe had the kind of speed that translated well to the field. That run against Auburn (I think) where he jumps over a guy without slowing down at all was amazing.

Knile had a faster 40 but he didn't have the hips to show it in the field. With some exceptions - like when he got his shoulders square and out ran every one down the sideline against Miss St.

The way I look at it as 40 times give you a good idea of a players potential speed, but I'm a lot more interested in how much of that they're using and how often.

Me right now.

It does feel a bit more like Fall today so at least there's that.

Y'all are some depressing individuals. Relax and enjoy the kool-aid for a few weeks before reality sets in.

This is the truth right here. I took a break from SECr and our board until about a week ago (when Hugh got the axe) and I had to come see what the rant was saying about it. But dammit if I don't come back to our little board to a bunch of doom and gloom chicken littles for the first time in months. I'm pretty sure the OM board has an equal or greater outlook than some of you, and they're endlessly being cattle prodded, throat slapped, tasered, maced, and purple-nurpled by the NCAA.

Arkansas fans are the worst. They drink too much kool aid when we're good and then go into wrist slitting mode the second we dont meet their expectations
