that was such a bullshite call. I almost got the sense that Bama coaches were telling them to do shite to Skipper to try and get a response out of him because everyone knew the refs were keeping an eye on him

The Bama player pushed Skipper in the face after the whistle, but then they called Skipper for illegal hands to the face before that. It shouldn't have been offsetting, should have just been against Bama because Skipper's hands to the face was incidental contact during the play.

The bama player had Skipper by the throat, but it was Skipper's fault.

If you watch the actual block, Skipper unintentionally had his hands close or on his face. Now the Bama player actually intentionally shoved Skipper in the face.

I don't remember Skipper's hands touching the other guy's face. The announcers were baffled at the call as well. Even if he "incidentally" touched the guy's face then its a penalty and he deserved it, but nothing on the replay showed that he touched his face. The Bama guy hit him multiple times in the face mask and throat and Skipper did a damn good job of not retaliating. Penn Wagers can eat a dick

What about when Wagers left his mic on when he called us for having 12 men on the field and he asked Saban "what are they doing coach?" Sounded like he was asking Saban what to call ha ha. Also, and this should go in the vent thread, but Bama' strength coach, yeah, frick that guy. I've never seen a person act more idiotic on a sideline.

If you have the game recorded go back and watch the 2 plays after that call. The hands to the face were twice as bad and Skippers head was pushed so far back I thought he was going to get his neck broken.
Thing that pisses me off about the officiating is the lack of respect we get in every game involving Penn Wagers. I'm not one to say we lost because of the officiating (not the case against Bama either) but no team deserves to put up with that crap.
