Seeing this picture, but knowing nothing else about him, you'd know he is from the Delta, either Arkansas or Mississippi.

I just thought his appearance fit the Delta-boy stereotype to a tee, and that amused me. The Kenneth Parcells comparison was pretty fun, too. I'm easily amused, and from Western Arkansas.
