I've actually never had Chipotle, but I don't mind the other two.
they aren't bad but they certainly aren't good. Slightly better than Jose's was which puts them around edible especially drunk. Chipotle is just your standard chain nothing fancy nothing really that tasty about it. It's the national version of what Qdoba and flying burrito want to be.

Is Lioneld behind this in anyway? I'm not sure what to think, as he wants to increase revenues and push some strange ways to do it for this area.
The main thing Lioneld Jordan cares about is Lioneld Jordan.
He hasn't done anything to improve this city, in my view.

Chipotle and Blue Bell should partner

Is Lioneld behind rising rents forcing a shitty restaurant to shut it's doors?
Um, no
Um, no

I totally disagree on LJ. He isn't self serving, he's just simplistic. He's an old school Union type guy who wants to live in the big, real world but he doesn't understand the cutthroat nature of that.
Here's the real deal: all successful politicians are self serving. They just find ways to make their selfishness benefit their constituency and do good for them. Coody was like that. Total shark and totally self serving but he had a "green" and "progressive" slant to all his stuff that made him seem both effective and "good". Jordan is trying to do good, but he doesn't have the self serving and somewhat sociopathic slant that makes for a really effective leader.

Does he even have a college degree? He just strikes me as a dumbass and a social justice warrior.

Qdoba is also a chain owned by the same company that owns Jack in the Box. Or at least that was the case a couple of years ago, it may have switched hands.
This silent fact has always lead me to believe that a Jack in the Box is one day inevitable for us.

I don't think he does.. not sure. I think he made his name as a UofA physical plant union organizer after organizing a successful movement with the UofA physical plant workers back in the 90s.

We had him come speak to a class of ours about unions when I was in school. Seemed like a nice enough dude.

Lioneld has done one thing that has benefited the city..
His daughter she is a good looking girl. I like him everytime I've been around him though. It just seems his ways are so unlike what Fayetteville was in the past.

The best thing about that place was the Dean Martini (straight gin). Served with an unfiltered lucky; I would light that cigarette and blow it in the patio's stupid monkey face.

Jordan royally fricked up with Don Marr and Matt Petty.
He has been a super pussy letting those two skate and run shite in the city.
He's just a waving hand these days, nothing more and nothing less.

Hope Hog Haus follows suit.
That place could be the best spot on Dickson. Amazing how bad those two Bulls have fricked that place up.

I really enjoy Hog Haus and have incorporated it into my game day routine for five years now.
Evidently that is the kiss of death for any business on Dickson Street so it's probably the next to fold.

I wish a Walton would buy Hog Haus. It'll probably wind up being John Daly, though.

doesn't he already have a spot picked out up by Bordino's or something?
That would be a sweet spot though. I love that building.

I don't think any of the Walton boys would touch a Fayetteville establishment with a 10 foot pole.
