Supply and demand.

You can do this kind of thing when you are the nicest place in town and one of the very few hotels where you can walk to everything on game day.

What other options for upscale hotels walking distance from Dickson and the game do you have?........

it's not that nice matter fact it's kind of a dump, the location is about the only thing going on, the bar scene is fun and that's about it. the mattress's are cheap pieces of shite.

I had such a good experience with airbnb on my 4th of July vacation that I'll be using them a lot more often than hotels.

Yep. The wife and I travel a lot, and we use this every time. Haven't had a bad one yet. Much better experience at a lower price.

It really does come down to supply and demand. Last time I stayed there was in April for $123.00, and the rooms won't be any nicer this Fall.

But you can always stay in Bentonville-Rogers where there's lots more to choose from and it's nicer anyway.
