All I know is I will never do business with Superior Kia after what happened to me Saturday. My mom also just had a Sportage delivered to Superior from Crain Kia, I guess in Little Rock? Are they the same as Crain Kia of Conway?

I had called them basically giving them a sale, but then responded with an email to check if I had correct email, as he told me his email to keep in contact. I did not get a response for 2 days and when I did it was the wrong name in the email. Service is big to me, not knowing a person's name after it being written in an email is somewhat a down vote.
I may still do business with them, but I am not going to guarantee I will go there. It somewhat irritated me to be honest.
I may look to Joplin and Tulsa now also.

To be clear the email and conversation was not with the "General Sales Manager" it was with a "Sales Manager"

Drew is a co-worker. I am one of the IT guys for Crain.
No drama, Hell I love Drew. I really love all these salesmen frickers that keep me employed. They are a dumb lot for the most part when it comes to a computer.
