In market for a new vehicle and know absolutely nothing about dealing for a car.

Which dealers do you suggest going to?

I have been to Crain Hyundai on the access road and Superior Kia, just as driving by the places decided to stop in.

Looking for a SUV. Not sure what I want. I have heard all of them are great all of them are awful, so I am not brand loyal, service will be big determiner in my decision.

Adventure Subaru is awesome. They have a large used lot as well. High quality folks who give a lot back go the community.

Had a negative repair experience at Fayetteville Auto Park. Do not recommend. Earthquake could take out those dealerships and nothing of value would be lost.

Everett Chevrolet and Everett Dodge both in Springdale are the only other dealerships I've dealt with and they were positive enough.

Ended up going to Tulsa to buy wife's new car. Dealerships in this area don't discount as deep as other areas.

So going to Tulsa is really worth it? I thought about seeing what the dealer here had then going to Tulsa to price check vs them.

But as I said service is big for me.

When I bought my wife's SUV I talked to a guy at the everett dealership in NWA.... it was by accident as it thought it was the one in central arkansas... but anyway... dude made me a price so good over the phone that we were about to make a 5 hour drive to buy until the dealership in Monroe made a slightly better deal.
So I would give everett a shot if i lived in NWA.

Price difference was around 2,000 cheaper in Tulsa for just about every model we looked at. We got a Highlander XLE model in Tulsa for the price of an LE+ here.

It's a joke here. The dealerships are aware that we have 3 Fortune 500 companies and have no reason to haggle much.

Lesson #1 on buying a new car in NWA...

DO NOT try and purchase a car in February-April

Tax return season AND Walmart corporate bonus season. You will not get a deal. Go to Tulsa or Little Rock.

I bought in Fort Smith last year for this very reason.

Dealerships in Bentonville and Rogers weren't coming off sticker at all, and I had a rep level with me that they didn't have to, especially when I was buying (February).

A 1 hour drive to Fort Fresh saved me ~$5k.

Can't go wrong with Lewis. Just bought a Charger from them. They have a huge used selection and the can pull any car from all 4 local locations. Good people.
