Clay Travis is really coming on strong these days. I hope his show gets picked up on XM soon. Love his stuff and he's the ANTI-ESPN sports guy of my generation. Not politically correct, doesn't tote the company line, and is smarter than anyone in the room. Hope he keeps doing his thing.

Clay was funny and cool in the beginning but has sold his soul for click hits. Now he is just another Rush or Stern looking for ratings while sidestepping actual solutions. No wonder things are going downhill fast.

I disagree. He's one of the only sports guys out there that doesn't tote the PC bullshite line ESPN shoves down our throats daily. It's nice to hear different takes, that often line up with what you'll read on message boards like these that the PC crowd is too scared to admit.

He's got tons of satire on his website. He ranked the most ridiculous fanbases one time and everyone went nuts because we were 4th. He backs up his picks with lots of funny insight and examples. Bo had him on the show that week and he was hysterical, and described lots of fanbases around the country.

Well to be fair we we're making pretty big asses of ourselves as a fanbase. Regardless of whether or not Nutt was leaving it could a been handled a lot better.

Some dipshit a-hole from Jonesboro called his show this morning whining that Arkansas doesn't play Ark State and Travis destroyed him...hung up on him and scolded him saying "this is a national radio show...nobody gives a shite Arkansas doesn't play Arkansas State". I'm now a fan for life...
