This has been an ongoing dumpster fire. Cradduck is finished.
Background:
He demotes/suspends people for failure to follow orders. Evidently the orders he'd given were for them to backdate the hiring date on an employee, so that employee could get paid earlier/more (Cradduck maintains that the hiring date should have been sooner and he was just rectifying a wrong).
Turns out that employee who he backdated is a friend of his son who was "homeless" but living with the Cradduck's. Cradduck claims that he was just trying to help the kid out.
Fast forward a few weeks, and said employee gets pulled over and busted for possession of drugs and fired. An unnamed minor is also in the car with him and also charged. Cradduck subsequently tells the press that the unnamed minor was his son.
Wow. What a soap opera.

More awesome police work by the NWA cops. After the whole pulling guns on my friends incident i've pretty much been done with any cops in the area.

Another positive side effect of the rapid growth of NWA is that Good Ole Boy bullshite no longer flies in most of the larger towns. It has taken a long time, but gradually, slowly but surely, we're getting past it.

This has been going on for quite some time. My father works for the county. It is a shame but the guy has lost control.
