Do other SEC schools do this? Is club seating considered the boxes? I know those already have wine and beer and liquor in them because whoever owns it can stock it up.

Add a few craps and card tables, maybe a few hundred slot machines, now we are having a good time.

I wish it were outdoor as well...just not a fan of the indoor club seating as far as atmosphere goes.

Baby steps though, I suppose.

those who have outdoor club can go indoors to drink, but not take the drink back to their seats...

As someone who had a 2 year old at the games this year, indoor club was fantastic. Different strokes.

Plus, and I can't overstate this, this was the year that Indoor Club seats were worth their weight in gold. Temp at the ULL game was 100, Southern Miss game was 95, it rained during the A&M game, and it was pretty cold at the Auburn game.

I thought some people were already drinking alcohol in these stadiums.

What's the over/under how much they'll cost? Guessing around 6 bucks for a 12 ounce plastic bottle. I think Verizon sold a 24 ounce beer for 6 bucks for the basketball game.

I think the thing to take away is that this is a pretty brilliant and quiet way for Long to keep season ticket holders from dropping their seats en masse after last season.

We're in SIC and my wife doesn't want to renew this year...hopefully this changes her mind

If I remember correctly, they're few and far between. I know West Virginia does, as well as the pro stadiums (i.e. USF plays in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' venue), and I know there are a few more.

I'm a proud alum of that club

I remember when the ground right by the student section concessions used to be drenched with Coke/Pepsi/Sprite people had immediately poured out of the drink they'd just purchased in order to make room for their...um...spirit 'o choice.

Side question, since my wife "accidentally" threw my packet from the Foundation away.

What's the deadline to have intent letter or level back to the foundation? Is it still March 31st?
