I called it last week to win by 4. This week if we can get 2 turnovers, have clock control, and do not give them a short field throughout the game, we win by 3.

I'm thinking 35-24 Bama, but it could be worse than that.

Our linebackers scare me, our consistent arm tackling scares me (especially against Derrick Henry), and our offensive line against that front 7 scares me.

Also, Saban's the best secondary coach in the business and his M.O. is straight from the Belichick mold of shutting down what you do best. I'd bet they focus on shutting down the run first and foremost and making Allen win the game by himself.

Well I went all in on the pickems for the Hogs. So, despite the fact that Bama has been molested between the tackles when it matters, we all assume they will win the day again.

You know what? I don't think you beat Bama by getting sneaky. Line up, punch them in the face, and let the chips fall where they may.

Yes, Bama still probably wins, it still defaults to the age old question. "You want to beat a good Bama team, slap them in the face." If we slap them then we win. If not we lose.

Bert needs to double down on being more physical then Bama. Go big or stay at home.

Hate it, but that's what I'm thinking will probably happen.

Would love to be proven badly wrong.

We're going to win. I won't predict a score, but we'll beat Bama.
