I admit, that was pretty bad. It was like one of those old Hitchcock movies where he spends several minutes leading up to someone being murdered. You know its coming and there is nothing you can do but watch with ever growing horror.

yup, U.G.L.Y. i watched a high school game where my team got demolished and got home just in time to see the last 8 minutes of the hogs get demolished. it was not a good night for me and watching basketball.
i will say i expected most every hog game to look that before the season started so there's a slight little moral victory, we don't always look that bad at all.

This board is due a reality check at some point. I get that it's fun to troll and run with things but that's for the SEC Rant and other boards. but it's down right delusional to bring that shite to this board.

whats there to say? it was an awful, flukey game. the leagues second highest scoring team scored 46 pts. the leagues highest 3pt shooting% team hit 1-10.
but by all means, lets overreact and use this game as an example of the season and not an outlier.
for all the doom and gloom surrounding this team, theyve ended up being a solid, middle of the pack SEC squad that had a chance to near 20 wins in mid Feb if some of the close losses went our way. out of 11 games that ended within a few possessions/OT, weve won 4. with a little more experience in the squad, or a difference maker like Qualls, you could tip a handful of those games the other way. but this season is what it is, and if results dont improve next year, well then some of you may have a point.

I'm all for calling it like you see it, but to assume an entire board should fall in line is absurd to me and I'm one that bust sunshine pumpers all the time.
Some people see thing differently, that is why discussions/arguements happen.
Our mods use the anchor function too much already , instead of letting threads running its course. Guess mods think people need "saving" from clicking/engaging in certain topics.
So if some people "pump sunshine" or are "always negative" so be it. What you are proposing is what Shitville turned into years ago. Toe the company line, don't disagree with the masses.

I'm not so much proposing that the whole board fall in line as I like a good discussiom. I just see this board garnering the over optomistic view far too much. I'm anti any censorship. Let things develop where they will. Way back when I joined this board a lot of my reason was that the razorback fans weren't delusional like they see on hogville. It just seems like there are some people on here completely out of touch with reality.
