few regulars seem to have dropped off the face of the board or at least don't post as frequently as they used to

Ah I'm around. My mom passed away this month so been busy and dealing with all that stuff.

I think the main reason is we don't have a lot of new posters. If any over the years. Some of us have been here almost 10 years and it's all recycled over and over at some point. Until the season starts anyway.

I'm still around collecting ammo for the next epic LR>NWA debate. I've heard that Zillow takes those arguments into consideration when calculating the zEstimate on my house.

this is true. that's really the main reason I don't post on the SECr as much as I used to
have noticed a few new hog fans mixing it up on the rant tho.

FMB is much like I am, doesn't post much during the late spring/summer. Plus, I think he's pretty busy right now.

sorry for your loss buddy. Appreciate all the time you did have with her and continue to live your life in a manner that honors her.

I'm new and doing my best to piss off the black bears on the rant. This is my least favorite time of the year. Can't wait for the season to start.
