Anyone else annoyed that the Coaching Changes Board has become a 2nd Tiger Rant?

I typically have really enjoyed reading that board and discussing potential coaching changes in years past, but it has just become rantard shite thread after rantard shite thread. I'm ready for these LSU vacancies to fill so hopefully the coaching changes board can be made great again.

Hopefully, we get to use that board to discuss our new DC soon and the thread won't be bumped off the first page by 17 Art Briles threads in less than five minutes.

Yup I feel the same. Flooded so much with them I don't even think it is possible a thread about another opening could stay on the first page

I saw one that talked about getting Jeff Brohm to take a demotion from Western Kentucky. Cracked me up.

If they hired Briles, their recruiting will suffer greatly.

I think it's nuts they couldn't get a coach from Houston, but think Briles & Strong would come running for a job.

I almost replied in that one that they shouldn't stop at Brohm and they should dig Bill Walsh out of retirement.

It is terrible.

The CC board is one of my favorite most years because fans can discuss the various HC and coordinator openings around the country and throw around different scenarios.

Since Miles was fired, it's been an absolute train wreck.

The only good thing about this is that its keeping some of the whining and melting off SEC Rant. Hopefully they get this out of their system soon.

I was banned for a couple of days because I started a thread saying 'sources indicate Herman will stay at Houston'

The corndogs prefer to melt in peace

It is definitely a 2nd Tiger Rant now. It's a total mess.

The problem is there just any other jobs to drown out the noise. So far this has been an extremely slow hiring season.

I've been following the CC board arc from pure joy when Miles was fired, to excitement when they thought Herman was nailed down, to all out melt when O was named, and now embarrassed acceptance. It's been pure entertainment until the last couple days, now they're just getting pathetic.

The last month could be used as some sort of case study on groupthink and how popular opinion mixed with made up "inside sources" influences the masses.
