Anybody here know exactly why Arkansas never got a return game vs Texas

I have wondered why for awhile now, but never could find any real reason through google.

We had to postpone it to pick up the South West Classic at Jerry World.
It was rescheduled to 2014/2015 range, Texas then asked for it to be pushed back to 2019/2020 range.
