This is is just one of many close losses that we have had and will have under Bielema. His style will always have us in close games and we'll be 50/50 in them. Just how it is. Disappointed that we win tougher games then shite the bed in the others.

We could certainly lose to Mizzou, who knows how they will come out for Pinkel's last game? I think, however, that while they put some points on our D we have too much firepower for them.

And our DL hasn't been able to rush the QB all year with the exception of LSU. But that Samford push 2 years ago tho!
Bert should spend all week wining and dining Mizzou's DL coach.

I agree, but the way our staff is set up our D line coach is our special teams coach. partridge did both and so does rory. we need a serious upgrade in that coaching dept.

This. 8-4 maybe 9-3 will be our pinnacle with him. He's a shitty in game manager. It is what it is. We'll be competitive and people will talk about how "you don't wanna play us", but we won't win jack shite. And we'll say "at least we're competitive."

I have seen with Brett now that he can have an elite defense (end of last year ) and an elite offense (this year). If we can get recruiting to pick up he may be able to put them both together at the same time

What more do you expect? We aren't paying Bielema $8 million a year like Saban. We aren't Alabama. The most we can expect is 10 win seasons every now and then. If you think Arkansas can win a national championship in this climate then I have some waterfront property in Phoenix you might be interested in.

I believe Singleton got the STC title when he was hired.
Regardless Bielema is over all the ST's. Rory with specialist. Other coverages and returns split up IIRC.

No one. He's the best we can get. And we shouldn't ask more of him. Mediocrity is totally acceptable in our state. Hell, considering that we're damn near last in everything, it's a step up!!

I think we played pretty well, but as much as I like Enos, some of the playcalling was questionable. Still, we were in position to win the game at the end and would have if Voelzke would've held his man.

I've thought all season that these final 2 games are going to be really tough, and depending on the situation we're in, possibly very important for potential bowl games. Imo, MIZZOU could very well be just as tough of a game as MSU.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to go ahead and sort of disagree with you there. The closest thing we have to a Big 10 team in this league is Vandy and we never play them.

If you're not playing to eventually win a natty then why play at all?
If it can be done at Auburn it can be done anywhere.
I know people don't want to hear this but we need stability here. That is the key to our success.
If it was up to me I'd give BB a 10 year contract.
