Also De'Vion Warren but I'm not sure, he might play on D.
Versatility is key as both were RBs in HS but recruited as slot/reverses/returners.
Warren was a QB at Ouachita. If you watch Slade's highlights, the interception against the maroon team is Warren. Warren is faster/closer to a CB/Slot. Slade is thicker/closer to a RB. Not sure if his highlights have been posted here. Anyway, West Monroe played Ouachita in district and then in the 2nd round of the playoffs. That's why there are so many plays against him on there. The catch in the corner of the endzone was his best play of the year imo.

Honestly, I've been thoroughly impressed with the Arkansas fans. It's like they actually like their team. It gets rough on the Rant. Have to say it's very refreshing.

It's been intriguing to watch them recruit under O compared to Miles. Filling up super fast is a bold strategy vs previous years.

As a lifelong LSU fan, the offer meant a lot to Bolden, but it didn’t automatically propel LSU to the top of a growing list of offers. From Ole Miss to Washington to TCU, the 5'11", 190-pound back has 20-plus offers from all over the country. And because they’ve been steadily coming in since Washington offered him a year ago, Bolden’s college decision won’t be made with his heart alone. “I never looked at the LSU offer as a make-or-break situation,” Bolden said. “This definitely gives me another option, and if I would have gotten it a year ago, maybe I would have been all over it. But now that I’ve been part of the process, I realize that there is some situations you fit and some you don’t fit at all. So I just have to go through the process. This is definitely a huge offer, though.”
Not so fast. Kid will weigh all options.

Good to hear. I hope your nephew goes where he feels the most comfortable with the team and the coaches. I will say that imho if his heart still loves lsu that's probably where he should go because you should commit to the school not a play style or coaching staff bit I'm sure you guys are telling him all that

Actually, I'm pushing that Vanderbilt degree. It's his choice and wherever he goes we will be there in full support.

As someone not nearly talented enough to ever earn a full ride on football. I always imagined I'd be the guy seen as a state traitor by going to top notch school. It's really a good idea honestly.

The arrow continues to point up on Arkansas tight end commit Luke Ford who emerged as a name to know in January at the U.S. Army National Combine and at this event made his case as one of America’s best at his position. The 6-foot-7, 250-pound Ford wrecked linebackers in 1-on-1 blocking drills and continued to beat up on them, safeties and the occasional corner in 1-on-1s. Out of Carterville (Ill.) High, Ford is a complete tight end that can play attached and pave the way in the run game while also being a receiving threat on short and intermediate routes. Also a match-up problem in the red zone, look for Ford to continue moving up the 247Sports rankings. Ford was one of six that earned an invite to The Opening Finals this July to be held at the Nike World Headquarters in Oregon.
