If everything checks out, I expect him to add an offer from the Hogs sometime after the season. He has offers from Oklahoma State, Baylor and UTSA.

Don't worry. We'll sign like 14 players but be real, real close on some big names so the class will be considered a success.

Can we just fill it up period? I'm not sure Bret has signed a full 25 at all yet. Signing classes like last year's class made Steve Spurrier retire.

Bert has filled his classes, but not all on NSD.
He has used left over schollies on grad transfers, JUCO transfers, etc after NSD which may not be a bad strategy as one of those left over schollies from last year is a starter on the O-line this year.

So Colorado's still doing work during the season.
Got KD Nixon and Xavier Newman both out of DeSoto this week.
We haven't had a DeSoto recruit since Petrino's first year I believe.

This Cualan Williams kid could be the next Dre Greenlaw.
I know he's playing a bunch of nobodies but he's got good size and ball skills. Probably not the speed we need but he's the kind of kids we need to build up depth.

Being from south arkansas I've actually seen him play and it's hard to get a read on the kid because of the competition. He's just such a better athlete than everyone else on the field there's not much to see. Really raw but great size and appears to be in the 4.5 4.6 range which isn't blazing by any means but Treadwell was a 4.6 guy I believe and he was a 1st rounder. Not saying he'd be tgat good but that's a big Name player who his body type reminds me of

My boy Demekko Clark leads the state in rushing so far this year.

True. He'd be more of a weapon than Ryder Lucas on ST.
From what I've read grades and character aren't a concern about him, just height. He's 5'7/5'8. He's a bit in the Dennis Johnson mold and DJ was a god damn beast.
Gotta find a way to get him and Cualan Williams on the squad. You don't pass up athletes that have a great base to build upon.
As we know Arkansas kids do extraordinary things when they get a chance on the hill. Or they completely bomb out because they can't leave their hometown homies back in the delta.
