All things considered, especially at the time, Saban took a huge risk coming here.

Maybe but all the pieces were there.....sanctions were rolling off, we had our full complement of scollies back, stadium expansion was on the way, an admin that would give him a blank check, a booster base ready to get in line, a total commitment to winning, and despite the previous ten years a proud and storied program to leverage...A program dying to return to glory with the most loyal and passionate fan base in college football. Bama was all in with the Process and prepared to pay Saban mega bucks and total freedom to run it.

Kick 6 game. Only because it was the last game I watched on television for almost a year and half. For the Oklahoma bowl game I was in Finland on vacation. Then a week before the start of the 2014 season I moved to Finland and was told that I would be able to watch games. Soon after discovered that they do not show college football and only NFL game shown was Superbowl. So I watched the entire season using the damn gamecast on yahoo and ESPN. Which lagged like crazy and sometimes wouldn't update until I noticed a 14 point swing. So I had to come here see what you guys were typing to basically keep shite up to date as possible during the game times. So watching a game via gamecast at 5 to 7 am really blows. Finally after putting up with that crap for a year I finally learned how to stream games live from about 5 different sources, which when I first got here I was told it's illegal as hell.

Iron Bowl 2010, It was extremely cold and having the Auburn fans sing a reverse rammer jammer made it the longest walk ever to get away from BDS.

I don't get it. How can someone's lowest point be after a game during a season when we were in the NC hunt? How young are some of you?

Sugar Bowl loss to osu... My son and I spent the entire game with our BAMA brothers screaming "Give Henry the football". It is bad when you know the other team is better and watching a loss. It is terrible when you know you can win, but watching your team lose...

My lowest moment of the Saban era was probably watching OJ Howard get outjumped by a 5'10 DB at the end of the 2014 Ole Miss game.

All the hard work the team puts into preparing for moments like this and the guy doesn't even make an effort to catch the pass or bat it away

When I stood up in Legion Field and Booed HC Mike Dubose as So. Miss was beating Bama 21-0.

I'm still a little embarrassed that I did that.In public,at least.

Losing to Hawaii in 03. Pretty much the whole 03 season.

2 come to mind.

The 2000 opener against UCLA. Started great with a Freddie Millons punt return for a TD, then just completely fell apart. So obvious the team hadn't taken summer workouts seriously, and that we were in for a LONG season.

2006 Mississippi State game. Started the day by getting screwed over by so-called friends on tickets(long story, ended up sitting by myself), then watched an uninspired Bama team get destroyed by a terrible MSU team. Only bright spot was watching an obnoxious Bama fan get his arse beat on the quad by a MSU fan.

Good one. I was at that game with my dad and after the first play we both were on cloud 9 thinking we actually had a chance for a natty. Then we got our shite pushed in.

I lol'd at the comment above about booing dubose at the southern miss game, me and my brothers booed him on NUMEROUS occasions and I don't feel bad about it one bit. He was an infuriating coach, at the end of any game no matter how bad we lost, "Well, I thought the boys played good...." frick that shite.

Mike Price... He's the reason why I can't be mad at Mike Shula.

I was pretty low after Rodriguez turned us down too. I was beginning to wonder if we'd ever dig ourselves out of that crap. I was so pissed at Finebaum...

At a game... Music City Bowl against VT. We get blown out. Freezing rain and sleet. EVERYTHING was wet. What a miserable night.

Lowest point in which I was the most confident we'd never really be good again........

2006, Mississippi State at home. I sat under a tree on the quad, quietly stared into space and drank and drank and drank. Then I went back to my room at the fraternity house and ripped my 2004 Season Schedule poster with Shula on it off the wall.

Then I went to sleep, woke up and realized that we were still terrible.

Also the 5 OT game against UT.

I remember thinking Shaud Williams would never walk again after he had his head ripped backwards by a UT defender on a blitz. I think it was in the 3rd overtime?

2006

What's crazy is how depressed that year made so many of us, when 40+ schools would KILL to go to a bowl game this year.

Yep

We should have won that game 4-5 separate times.

4th and 19, no matter how many games and titles we win, will haunt my dreams until the day I day.
