Doubt he plays this weekend, but just hoping he is ok.

With Henry the likely starter vs Miss St, our depth at RB is being tested. Do we see Tyren Jones or Tenpenny this weekend or does Nudie move into the #2 slot?

I'm thinking Fowler takes the 2 spot. He's been playing pretty good for us

I'd like to see us use everybody to be honest. Not having Yeldon is going to be big, so I think that we should just attack it with everyone.

I don't think the injury is severe at all. He probably milked it when he saw he fumbled yet again at the worst time.

i just wish they weren't scared to let jones n tenpenny run. if they aint good enough why they they on scholarship? yeah yeah i know, blocking dummies. honestly they both run hard, give'em a chance.

Scarbrough would be huge here. Henry will be the work horse. Fowler will become the 2nd back. Goal line Dom Jackson at FB. Maybe Vogler at HB to block when Fowler is RB?

Had to be pretty painful for him.....he just let the ball go. Hopefully not severe, but doubt he plays this weekend

I think tenpenny is in the dog house and getting out of the dog house have proven difficult. Anyone else think it's kinda awesome that if Alvin Kamara had just done the things he was supposed to he would likely be getting playing time now and instead he's gone. I think Jones ran well early in the season so we should be alright.

I think 10penny is a little more talented than jones I could be wrong/in the minority with that but I would like to see both of them run the rock this next game. I have been very disappointed with our run game all year and thats on the line and the backs.

Henry and Jones I'd think would be our top two. Fowler may see reps at RB, Tenpenny could play some.

Jones should have been playing in every game since Drake got hurt.

To me it looked like he let the ball go once his hand/ball hit his knee as he was falling. He immediately then lurched to attempt to grab it back.

Yeah, this is a warped way of thinking..

I don't want Yeldon to play until bama has a 2 td lead.

Putting him in on the third drive is hardly resting him.

Can't see him not playing, just like this past game. 80%, 90%, he's still the best option as a RB(even with his fumble history).

They'll rest him like they did against LSU, let Henry pass protect a bit. But when it comes to picking up the yards needed, no one better than Yeldon.

You have to question if Fowler is more important to the plan at FB and TE than at RB. MSU has 2 good LBs, so lead blocking will be at a premium next Saturday.

I think a 3rd RB will emerge, but it will likely be 65% Yeldon, 30% Henry, and 5% whomever.

I hope Yeldon can play in this game. He's had a unique career since has been at Bama. I actually think he is an underrated back. Put him in an Ole Miss uniform and that team is undefeated this year.

I feel kinda bad for Yeldon this year. From Center to Right Tackle we get no push in the run game. Maybe Dom is gonna take over at RG after Leon's almost costly penalty.

Hopefully the coaches will let Henry run between the tackles bc he is not quick enough to run wide every play.
Would love to see Jones/Tenpenny get a chance bc both have shown flashes in mop up duty and I don't see them sticking around after spring ball if they don't get more touches unfortunately.

I've been very unimpressed with Henry this year. He isn't seeing holes very well (not that there are many to see) and he isn't as powerful as I hoped. He goes down too easily for a 6'3" 245lb RB. Yes, he has some runs where he looks like a big back, but since the Sugar Bowl I don't think he has ran hard at all. He didn't at A-Day and iirc the stats in the scrimmages were average. Now he is under 5 YPC on the season.

We're really gonna miss Drake down the stretch.

It's not the coaches doing that, Henry has been doing that since high school.

Slow developing pitches need to stop no matter who is the RB.
