Why does the OL forget to block every time Damien Harris gets the ball?

I really hope it isn't hurting him mentally. It seems like whenever he is the RB, even if the 1st team OL is still in, the play gets blown up in the backfield as soon as he gets the ball.

The offensive line stunk it up the whole game last night. The film room will not be a happy place

A lot of his carries are clock killers but I'm curious to know how many pass plays have been called with him lined up in the back field.

Our OL has been very inconsistent. They are partly due to some of Jake's boneheaded plays. Christobal is a lights out recruiter but his product on the field leaves a little to be desired.

They seem to disappear when Harris is in and haven't figured out how to block that little jet sweep either. We seem to lose three yards every time we run it.

U are correct. 74 had 30 yards in penalties alone. He has regressed this year and may not be 100% healthy. The entire line did not look great. They got a lot of pressure on our QB's and both INT's were him getting hit which took something off his deep throws.

I saw us pick up a lot of yards on the jet sweeps

It's feast or famine.

I'd much rather see us run plays that consistently pick up 3-4 yards.

He certainly hasn't looked too good.
But a bad OL will make 99% of RBs look poor.

At what point last night did the line remember to block?
