Hello fellas and ladies. I come in peace. I will be making my 4th straight trip to T-town for the game but my first time setting up a tailgate. My dad, little brother and I are looking to set up shop in an area with decent foot traffic as to share our Louisiana cooking with any that would desire. Most likely we will do the old standbys of gumbo and jambalaya. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I saw an LSU fan set up behind the Quick Grill on the Strip back in '15. I actually had some smoked boudin in my freezer and took it to him and we had a nice chat about the game.

Not sure what the process is like on setting up, but I'd try it around the Strip.

The northwest side of the quad by Gorgas Hall is a solid spot. Behind there in front of the Gorgas House is good as well. I always like the crimson promenade between Gorgas House and the Ferg.
