When it comes down to it, I just want our offense to have an identity

I feel like that has been lacking the last few years. We've sort of become a jack of all trades, master of none. We've racked up yardages, but we've also had quite a few moments where we just stall out and can't seem to MTAQ. Most championship teams develop that identity.

Well thing is we have really good RBs and really talented WRs. If you wanna keep getting both you gotta keep both groups happy. That said, I do think we'll be running the ball like the 09, '11, and '12 teams again. Though I actually think it may end up being out of spread looks more than it used to be.

I think we will be more balanced....too many good playmakers and skill players too not distibute the ball to them....we got a little more finesse last year becuase for the first time we had a mobile QB who could extend plays and the best WR in the country....it got us to the playoffs.....but our QB options may mean we get back to the traditional offense....but Kiffin will keep it interesting with the play calling...

Balanced meaning we can run/pass depending on what the defense is giving us. Balance for the sake of balance isn't productive IMO.

Some folks would point to 2012 but it would be pretty damn hard to be offensively inept with that OLine.
